* Request a reservation with the form below or contact the department office (+82-2-705-8631). New requests appear on the calendar immediately as “pending”, overlapping requests are blocked, and slots are confirmed once approved.

* For recurring bookings (e.g. weekly lab meetings) or multiple bookings at once, please contact the department office (+82-2-705-8631, mechadmin@sogang.ac.kr).
