Greetings, alumni of Mechanical Engineering!
I am Jung-Hoon Lee (ME '93), president of the alumni association. It is an honor to take on this role, and I feel its weight. Just as I served as interim class representative in my first year, I take this as my calling and promise to work for the association's growth.
Since its founding in 1993 the department has grown into a healthy young adult, while the alumni association is only beginning its childhood. We are laying the groundwork step by step — building networks by class year and interviewing alumni. What matters most is the interest of graduates and current students. I ask every alumnus, faculty and staff member, student and parent who loves this department to lend their wisdom and strength.
While our professors and staff polish the next generation, graduates are shining as Sogang ME alumni in their own fields. I wish every alumnus success and happiness at home.
