[담당업무]

- Assisting precise diagnosis to find the cause of defects.
- To make the technicians to understand the complicated technical repair guidelines.
- Communication with head quarter to provide correct remedies to dealers.
- Quality issue feedback to head quarter for quality improvement.
- Technical support to Warranty and CS team.
- Supporting the warranty & goodwill inquiry and the serious customer complaint from the technical point of view.  

 자격요건]

- 기계, 자동차, 전기/전자 전공 공학생 우대
- 자동차 업계, 기계 공학 업계에서 경력자(인턴 포함) 우대
- 자동차 엔지니어링 지식 필요
- 영어 의사소통 가능자
- MS Office 사용 가능자
