1. Samsung Semiconductor Track Program Overview

For the purpose of nurturing specialized semiconductor technical personnel for Samsung Electronics' Device Solutions (DS) division, we will secure excellent human resources in the semiconductor field (design, process, devices, software) during the agreement period (planned to convert to a master's track that will only select master's degrees from the first semester of 2027). Selected scholarship students will be employed in the DS division of Samsung Electronics, and may be co-led by Samsung Electronics researchers when they advance to a higher degree.

2. Support target and qualification requirements

Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical and Biological Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry First major undergraduate students enrolled for at least 6 semesters, master's students enrolled for at least 1 semester (students on leave of absence can apply after returning to school).
